Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain items may have extended return or guarantee periods as noted on the product detail page (PDP), such as the Electric Grill Brush Pro 2.0, which includes a 120-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds take 3–6 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the product description.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Refunds may be refused if the returned item shows signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal inspection.
