Shipping Policy

International Shipping:

Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as your order is processed. We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4.95 per order and rates may vary depending on package size.

Approximate Shipping Times (Does not include weekends or public holidays)

a) USA - 2 to 7 business days (tracking system available)

b) Rest of the world - 5 to 10 business days (tracking system available)

Delayed Delivery - In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur en route. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will assist accordingly if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days. This may especially be true during busier holiday seasons at the end of the year, including November and December, during promotions, or other high-volume periods.


Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.

Orders typically take 2 to 4 business days to be processed. During this time, orders are checked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Once processing is complete, the carrier will collect the package and tracking information will be made available via email.

During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Cancelling an Order

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

Caraletti is not responsible for packages that are returned as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@caraletti.com. Once an order has been processed, address changes may no longer be possible.


Customs and Duty Fees

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority for more information. In some cases, customs processing may result in delivery delays.


Separate Packages

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages. This may occur due to item availability, warehouse locations, or shipping restrictions. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information where applicable.


Holiday Season

During high-volume periods such as October, November, and December, shipping and processing times may be longer than usual. While delays may occur, we will continue to support you and provide tracking updates as available.
